You have to create gigs on fiverr, describing your services including the price in which you'll work. They take 20% commission as their charge to use their websites, as they provide you a medium to earn.

This is also a good website to earn, www,upwork.com. Upload your best portfolio there to get the work.
3. Peopleperhour.com-
You have to put hourlies on this site like gigs on fiverr. They also charge certain commissions from your earnings. They provide you best services believe me.
4. Freelancers.com-
I am mentioning this website here because of its high class contests. You can earn from their via its contests. If one gets work their its upon their luck. I will not personally ask you to use this website.
5. Designcrowd.com-
This website is famous for its contest only, They only provide a platform where you can participate in contests like logo design, tshirt design, brochers etc.
